Bush needs to shut the fuck up.

He has the House and Senate, and he is complaining that Congress won't pass his stuff?

Sounds like he is either such a pathetic loser that he can't even rally his own sycophantic party, or his proposals and policies are so shitty that even moderates within the party refuse to be associated with them...
