50. Here's my letter
emailed through the webpage of the less-crazy of my 2 R Senators:

***
"Because I still trust the Senate as a deliberative body, I ask you to make sure the so-called "Real ID" measures are removed from the appropriations bill currently before the Senate.

The "Real ID" measures involve extraordinarily sensitive and complex issues, which deserve thoughtful and considered debate in Congress. The House has failed us. We now look to the Senate to stop the madness of asking Americans to sacrifice more of our freedom in exchange for "security" without even the honor of open debate."

LET 'EM KNOW WE'RE WATCHING!
