because he went soft on them over the filibustering. Evidently, he said something like the Dems might see the light and do the right thing eventually. The WH was steaming over that. I've noticed that he isn't in the news much.

But then again, you may be right. They may have painted themselves into a corner and will need him for some sense of credibility. Not that Frist would fool anyone. He's got the skeletons, too, hasn't he?
