10. Yep

In the SOTU address, he mentioned Al-Queda and Hussein in the same few paragraphs and flat out stated that a nation with WMD's could slip a few to Al-Queda to use.

The BBC played that part of the speech last night. He didn't say it directly but he said it in a way that only a lawyer could decipher.
