Hill over the 87 billion, the UN speech was a flop, and the upcoming report by the WMD search teams says they haven't found anything.

How much you wanna bet that:
a) We see the terror alert level raised or a specific warning made in the next week or so (the old "divert attention and make the citizens afraid so they'll cuddle up to their protector,George" ploy), and
b) Syria all of a sudden becomes part of the "axis of evil" and something has to be done about it (note the recent arrests of US soldiers, suspected of spying for Syria.... and besides, Saddam must have given his WMDs to Syria, thats why we couldn't find them!)
