Q.- Where do journalists stay while in Baghdad?

I just seen a BBC Worldnews report on TV that the US military headquarters in Baghdad is stationed at the Al-Rasheed Hotel.

If civilians are also at the hotel, is not the US displaying a bit of hypocrisy about soldiers mixing in with the civilian population?

Didn't this very same practice get pointed out as an indication of just how "evil" Saddam Hussein was? How reckless it was to use "human shields" to prevent an attack?
