Their real intent is to destroy the UN, not reform it in any constructive way.

Notice there are never any specific, concrete, constructive suggestions for improving the efficacy of the organization or what we as a nation can do to strengthen or contribute to the ideals of the UN.

The UN to them is an evil, conspiratorial organization that simply gets in the way of them steamrolling over the rest of the world in whatever they want to do. It is the last check on the tyranny of these world-domination nutcases.
