Is this what Bush means about spreading democracy and freedom? [View All]

Before he does any more bragging about Iraq now being a democracy, little Georgie had better do some fact checking on the state of the Iraq Constitution...I heard today, on one of our TV networks, (I can't remember which one), that one of the things holding up the constitution is the fact that they are debating whether it should provide for men having the authority to beat their wives!...I found this reference to it in the C. S. Monitor.
