Have been with them for more than 20 years. They immediately settled two claims on a burglary and a small electric fire in my rental house 5-10 years ago. Despite this there have been no threats to cancel my insurance and my car rates are especially low (lower than Progressive quoted me (by several hundred $ per year), much lower than other people's rates with other companies that I know of). Every question I place to my current agent has been answered politely and competently.
