You keep forgetting that it is the Grand Jury that indicts, not the prosecutor, and might I remind you that the jury in this case is mostly african american females and that when Cooper came back from testifying before them he was remarking on how tough the jury was?
I remember starting a thread about this very thing when I found out about it. Blacks are not as easily intimidated as whites, especially when it comes to Bush, but I don't have to tell you that. If there is a need to nail the Bushies collective asses, you better believe they will have no problem doing it.
Do you remember how the Bush was kissing up to blacks, even sending the head of the RNC to the annual NAACP conference for the first time in 5 years just before Katrina hit? That's why.
The question is will the Rove be included in any indictments or will he somehow weasel out of it. I can't see him doing so since Fitzgerald took back his promise of NOT indicting him; no longer promising him he had nothing to worry about.
But I expect indictments. Though I am becoming increasingly curious about just who and how many, since it seems his entire cabinet was in on this. It almost seems that if they ALL aren't indicted it would be a crime. Des
