49. If Randi was smart...
...she'd get a good lawyer to file counter-claims (a counter suit under the same name) for things like torturous interference (which is essentially what a SLAPP is). That way, these guys couldn't just drop the suit when it started to go the wrong way. They'd be on the hook for discovery.

More than once, corrupt businessmen who have tried to play games with the law have had it come back to bite them -- badly.
