was facing a huge decision: should he indict a few people on limited charges, or the larger group on the conspiracy charges? While we are hoping for the larger conspiracy indictments, it is worth noting the pressure that is involved in Fitzgerald's making that choice. And it's not simply the matter of the limited charges being a much easier case to make in court. His decision will affect the direction that our country goes in.
