I'm VERY leery of interpreting any of these paraphrased quotes more extensively than they may have been stated. (Remember, Clinton LITERALLY did not "have sexual relations" when the legal definition of "sexual relations," as established by the court, is employed. Personally, I was NEVER deceived by that statement, nor did I care.) I don't think there's any question whatsoever that these people are making carefully-phrased statements with the clear intent to deceive, mislead, and distract yet evade and escape responsibility for their criminality. This ain't a blow-job. It is, in effect, about crimes against humanity and war crimes. The cockroaches are scurrying for cover and concealment.
