28. Even if he wants to start a new slate I suspect that
he will have trouble finding people who want to chance going down with him again. When JFK picked his cabinet there were many top quality professionals who wanted to work with him - that is what made his administration so efficient. But when you have someone unpopular like this you do not find too many people who are qualified) willing to give up a successful position in order to chance falling on their face.
