yeah right delay...why don't we just let delay fly a homeland security plane to whatever court he chooses and pick the jury of all rethugs, and a judge of his choice...

actually ..why don't we let every murderer say they don't like the judges politics and throw out the dang constitution,,...and just have choas in our judicial system..because it doesn't suit delay??????????

so every black man or minority
charged with any crime should walk into the court and ask the judge if he is a rethuglican?????????

what an ass delay is..he smirked and laughed...i would have held him in contempt!
i have been of 5 juries( 2 times as alternate)the judges in those cases would have held him in contempt for laughing,.i can think of one such judge in particular...

what a jerk that asshole is...let him laugh and i assure you a jury who is loosing work time and pay ..and giving their time to do this serious civil job ..will not take his laughing sitting down...

they will show him how < not funny >this case is!!
