16. When I lived in Vegas, several grocery stores had them and I used them.
That was before I knew they used those discount cards to track purchases. Back in San Antonio, HEB dominates the market, having run off all their competition. We use to have Albertsons and Kroger and Safeway, plus some smaller marketers like Handy Andy. Now it's Walmart or Costco and Target, but HEB is the main source in this town. They don't have saving cards.
