is nitpicking the definition for treason found in the Constitution

By forging documents that caused war to waged on America's wrongly identified enemy Saddam Hussein and Iraq and attention AWAY from our true enemy Al Queda =that gives aid and comfort to our enemy - Al queda

And it sure sounds like there were at least 2 witnesses to this act of treason which fits the other requirement
