43. My understanding is that indictments will be handed up today.
Then Fitzgerald will ANNOUNCE them tomorrow. However, the principals may be talking tonight. They know who they are ... and they may want to get a jump on Fitzgerald breaking the news by putting their own spin on it. Just conjecture here. But there's no doubt in my mind that the GJ is finishing up today.

My guess is that indictments are at hand and this GJ term will expire -- but that Fitzgerald will empanel a new GJ to go after the Niger forgeries -- Dick Cheney -- and wherever it all leads. Fitz isn't letting go.
