19. i think harry reid was brilliant on this one..and * went along
with harriet with no intention of ever her getting through congress or senate hearings...thinking he could then soften the indictments by pulling harriet off when the heat got the worst..therefore getting the fundie base back in his good stead...i think it was supposed to happen though..after... indictments came down..but i do not think * anticipated such a ground swell of fervor among the reich wing..as powerful as it has been...so now they had to pre-empt the indictments...i really thought * thought indcitments were coming down today..thursday...so he was going to bring it on...just before fitzgerald announced..but realize fitz announced tommorrow press conference right after * announced harriet stepping down...fitz beat * at his own game!!

Harriet was never going to be confirmed..* knew that before he announced her...she was smoke and mirrors...

but now i think he is toast...he will never get through a hard core supreme court justice..harry reid beat him at his own game too...so now the dems can use the fillibuster with impunity!

what a game of chess!!
