That's an urban myth and a generalization. You cannot apply it to specific cases or you, yourself, are a bigot.

The issue his not his hypocrisy. You don't need that. There are two issues:

• He may or may not be gay - we don't know.l
  
• He's anti-gay.
  

There's no need to mix the two. Attack the second.
