I'll bet that Bush and his neo-con handlers are pushing very hard against Powell and State to have a military "crackdown". This, of course, would end in disaster, but this is a crowd who prefers to shoot their way out of any perceived problem. And that's one of the reasons this war was started in the first place. They thought they could go and kick some butt and make the world before the might of the US. Pride goeth before the fall, and dilrod doesn't understand the first thing about guerilla warfare.
