You who hie from the stste Cheney calls home, even though he hasn't lived there in years, and had to quickly change his residency to there right before the election so that he could be on the ballot with the Tweety Bird Pretzel Mangler in Chief, which would really have been embarassing since it was Cheney the republicans wanted for president but knew they could only run him as a VP and, well, this is long and boring now, so I'm stopping.
