Potential tattoo design

Yesterday I checked out six books on floral designs and motifs from the library, with the thought of finding one suitable as a memorial to departed loved ones.

I particularly like the floral designs of Augustus Pugin, a 19th century English architect and designer. I am considering his stylized holly design. Holly symbolizes, amongst other things, immortality, and the design extends in four directions, which to me represents the four people I have in mind, with four relationships to me: father, brother, lover and friend.
