It's the coldest I've ever seen it with there being no snow on the ground.

12 degrees right now, and no snow on the ground, just brown grass.

I had to go out to run some errands tonight, and couldn't BELIEVE how cold it was. With 12 degree temperatures outside, you'd think there'd be at least a half a foot of snow on the ground.

We haven't seen almost any precipitation here the past 6 weeks.
