I've handled lots of snakes ... even the ones that give off scents when they're upset don't leave the kind of stink associated with this administration's cronies.

I guess I would have to touch Chalabi too just to be sure ... but somehow that's not high on my list of priorities right now.


p.s. I dropped a (partly frozen) wet rat on my foot once, when I was fetching the owls' dinner at the wildlife clinic -- it left a bruise. So wet rodents CAN be somewhat sharp. But I do back Will up on the "hairball" analogy .... looking at one of those gives me the exact same queasy feeling as listening to a Bush speech.
