Old Poo Bear finally came home after two weeks at the "Pet Heaven" crematorium in Miami. They were going to scatter him along with the other pets in their "pet cemetery" in Miami, but my husband said, "Nothing doing. Scott was a Keys cat and we will bring him back to the Keys."
We will have a wake in a couple of weeks and have told our friends to practice up on singing the "Meow Meow Meow song" and perhaps something from "Cats".
Although he loved his smoochies treats, I think I will serve his second favorite, roasted turkey.
I know, a bit weird, but he was a good pal and we want to give him a good send-off.
