I have had a bowl of Hershey's Miniatures next to my monitor for a week or two, now. I bought three bags. And I found myself wondering why am I eating so many of the Milk Chocolate kind, and so few of my favorite kinds.
For the record, I have ranked my personal favorites in order below:
- Special Dark
- Krackel
- Mr. Goodbar
- Milk Chocolate
So, now considering that I find myself eating more of my least favorite candy when I put a bag in a bowl, I decided to count the contents of the last remaining bag just a few minute ago. Here are my findings:
- Special Dark - 8
- Krackel - 9
- Mr. Goodbar - 9
- Milk Chocolate - 18
So I ask: Why, Lord, why? Why must I live in this world of corporate , market tested, consumer driven world where I can't even get a fair serving of my favorite kind of Hershey's Miniature's chocolate candy? Why must I pay for a whole bag of 44 candies, if all I really want is the eight of the Special Dark variety
I am considering a lawsuit.
I know this isn't scientific at all, but I would like to know, what is your favorite Hershey's Miniature? I don't want to bias this poll (is that possible if it's not scientific?), but I think I am going to sell my soul to Mephistopheles if Special Dark is not the clear winner. Let the Crusade begin. The milk-less chocolate is the life.
