Sam Peckinpah's amazing flick. It's in the same vein, but much more raw & gritty. It takes place in the English countryside... came out a year before "Deliverance," which makes me wonder if John Boorman `borrowed` anything.

Both are good movies, but "Straw Dogs" is a stonger film imo.
