To me, that is the lowest of the low...that they cannot "wait until they eliminate."

Or are they so dense...so stupid...so ignorant...that they do not know that the person on the other end is hearing all that flushing, and knows where they are? Or that it pisses off other people in the restroom? Or the next stall? To have to hear their inane talking and farting and pooping away, all at the same time? That it violates privacy?
