and for flash movies I don't think yuou need a tablet, that said, if you choose to get a "regular one" I can tell you how the Intous tablet by Waccom is in some months... after I get the darn thing...

My whole experience with Web work is Dreamweaver and it is very recent...

I will still plug GIMP, I think you can use GIMP to make soem of the graphics that then you can make into flash, and GIMP also has a native animator (and it is free)
