No flamebait here unless someone thinks it's ok for someone to disrupt the quiet of another's home with a misbehaving child.

IF these people were going into their home and the kid was upset - fine , that wouldn't bother me. But to stay outside for up to 30 minutes with just about everyone coming out to see what the hell the problem was... the problem is not with me.
