73. Nope, but I wanted to. :(
However, being a closeted gay guy that didn't work out well. I wasn't interested in going with just anyone. I wanted to go with a date. Sadly that wasn't feasible so I didn't go, and even if I was openly gay I'll never forget...

There was a girl in my math class who didn't have a date for the prom, so she wanted to show up with one of her friends (who was a girl) who also didn't have a date. The principle told them that they couldn't because of "how it might look". She told the teacher and the class about it and how disappointed she was. I'll never forget that. It was the first time in my life that I honestly can say I felt discriminated against for being gay. (Name calling was one thing, but the realization that I was denied certain things that everyone else got to do was something else entirely.)
