5. I know! That's why I had to share this!
She said she began drawing at four, painting at six. And was self-taught, that God told her what to do. The technique, alone, is breathtaking, the evocative faces and the incredible physical details of the horse! Most people study for years to learn such technique! And I wish that you could have heard her explanations of the paintings she brought with her. She totally understood exactly why she did what she did, from the Bible, or understanding of the emotions of the horse she rode, and the need she has to paint people of all races. It totally boggles the mind.:shrug:
