living in oc--whenever dh and I are in the area, we are surprised (and mildly relieved) when we see any forms of progressiveness or any liberals. (This is usually just in the forms of a t-shirt or a Kerry bumper sticker on a car in the disneyland parking lots).

I get excited just seeing kids that are dating interracially walking around downtown disney. There was a time you NEVER saw that in orange county--and if you did, people stared.

We don't have a radio in our car, so we don't even know what the stations are there. I was concerned that stations like that (the Fish)may 'take over' the airwaves in the area--due to TBN having such a strong hold in Santa Ana.
