made the movie 9-to-5 (Lily Tomlin, Dolly Parton, Jane Fonda).

If you haven't seen this movie, you're in for a treat. Tomlin, Parton, and Fonda have the boss from hell (Dabney Coleman), and they fix his wagon -- but good; each in her own special way... At the end, they've created a family friendly workplace, complete with daycare center, and the boss-from-hell is off to the jungle where he gets his just desserts...

The movie's title (and inspiration) came from 9-to-5 -- the National Association of Working Women http://www.9to5.org Do drop by their website -- they're a very useful left-liberal-feminist activist group.
