http://live.wildlife.wavelit.net/451OKThey did a scan of the site and this is a camera and satellite dish on a tree, wires winding to a metal box on the ground. No people around.
More info on this cam, looks like it is in a Game Reserve (Sabi Sands) which is next to Kruger National Park, looks like the animals wander back and forth freely. Lots of lodges nearby, with varied trails for hiking or for vehicles (including some labeled "bushman").
