Not only do they like to use their lawn equipment early in the morning, but they love to use their power tools or work on their cars until about 10:00 pm when wrestling or a fishing show must come on.
Not only that but it's the only neighborhood I've lived in where they turn their car stereos up so loud so that they can hear them over the noise of their power tools.
It's gotten so bad the last five years that you can't even open your windows and let fresh air in when the weather is nice. You can't hear your stereo, TV or yourself even think.
