She does look a lot better. If she had plastic surgery, there's nothing wrong with that.

Hell, I had a deviated septum and had a nose job to open my nostrils wider, but the doc also rounded the tip and took out the slight hump at the top. He was an ear, nose and throat doctor, and he only did plastic surgery on noses and ears.

I was 21 years old when that was done. The only problem was that after that, my glasses slid down my nose! The hump kept them there! And that was a long time ago. My nose didn't look that bad to begin with, but I'm glad I had it done.
