Not everything is going to be up for your perusal or comprehension - the Universe is not an open book test. And the *best* way to make yourself crazy is to try over and over to get something that you cannot grasp - literally or figuratively - in the first place.

Breathe. You matter. Matter to YOU. Oh, and you ARE perfect.

Have you seen The Last Samurai? There's a scene in there which illustrates my point so well but if you haven't seen it, I would hate to spoil it.

Friend, sometimes you gotta let those waves of uncertainty and fear and all that other stuff crash right over you so that you can be bathed clean by them. Feel it, then let it go. Because you do, certainly, matter.
