17. Again - missing the point.
I used a bunch of examples of places that were under the smoking ban.

I never said that casinos should be smoker friendly.

I admitted that banning smoking in restaurants is understandable.

I stated that a screaming baby can destroy a night out for people who are PAYING MONEY to enjoy some peace and quiet.

I am a smoker who, before the ban, wouldn't light up in the SMOKING SECTION if people were eating nearby. I am a smoker who asks people if my lighting up a cigarette would bother them. I am a smoker who doesn't bitch and moan when a particular establishment places restrictions. What I AM pissed off about is that the ban is universal - instead of giving the business owner the choice.

Meanwhile, restaurants, casinos and bars nationwide allow their customers to get hammered and then get back in their cars. Yeah - that makes sense.

But I digress....you would rather attack me than respond to my idea of giving the proprietors the right to place restrictions. Have at it - I'm done. I am not going to waste any more time with someone who picks and chooses what they're going to comprehend out of a post.
