4. Here's an anecdote that is my best memory of Richard.
Our fathers worked together at the copper mine in SilverBell, AZ

Dickie and I had part time jobs at an egg ranch. 30,000 hens.

Being high school kids, we were bored with just collecting the eggs.

We made it a competition. Even some defensive moves.

If he was dodging eggs dripping from the rafters, he had less time to collect.

And like wise, if he struck a roof beam above me, I'd refocus and lose a few grabs.

the egg wars!



So long ago, and just yesterday.
