My wife pointed her out to me a couple of years ago on our way to get ice cream one day. My eyes didn't believe what they were seeing so I had to turn around for another look. She was out cutting her grass.

Her neighbor was doing some painting for me at the time so I asked him if there was anything funny about his neighbor lady. He said what do you mean funny? I said funny like with her clothes. He responded with oh, that kind of funny. He said she has been doing it for years. He said he just tells his kids not to look. Be he said he sure does.

Weird News: What is she, nuts?
05/29/2008, 9:46 am

"We love you, Pastie Lady!" screamed a carload of teen girls to Jennifer Moss of Ojai, Calif. Moss is called that because she is well known in the small town for wearing only a hemp thong and pasties while carrying signs advocating her pet causes. Moss, who prefers the handle "Earth Friend Jen," says she's a social artist and environmental activist, and has been protesting in town for the past year. Moss, 32, says she doesn't really show anything. "I'm legally covered," she insists. While most locals don't seem to mind ("She's got a great body, but she's crazy as a loon," said one man), Ojai Police Chief Bruce Norris is considering charging Moss as a "public nuisance" since "we got several calls" about her attire. (Los Angeles Times) ... Randy says: Meaning he finds it a "nuisance" that he can't bust her on anything else.
