I am glad for both you and Beulah that she wandered into your life. :)

My family all thought we were crazy when we got Simon (the puppy) -- but i think you're right about multiple pets. Elmo is only 5 so i hope we have many more years with him! But they are also just such good buddies -- they wrestle, nap, wrestle, eat, nap, repeat. :rofl: But yeah, i don't think i'll ever be in a house without dogs. The dog i grew up with (a lab mix) lived to be over 15, and died years ago, but my parents house still feels a little empty. They want another dog but they travel a lot right now... someday i'm sure they'll get another though.
