food, like zigni can bring a tear to your eyes.
Not served in the traditional manner but this image will give you an idea of the foods that got me into hot sauces. This is Eritrean food, similar to Ethiopian food. The bread is usually laid out flat and the stews and other consumables are ladled on top. You eat with your hands, using the spongy bread to hold the food.  |
