the gold-trimmed wine glasses I was giving him with it. The portable phone I got him is on the table beside the chaise where I spend my days. Now it's mine. I'm giving the nice sweater I got for him to the STBE husband - they're the same size although husband is muscle where bf was more just bulk, and the chocolates well, I'll pull them out Christmas day for the kids. I threw out his toothbrush and deleted all his pics from my photobucket account. There are no real presents from him that I need to toss or hide, even though it's been two years. I've sworn to everybody I know that I won't go back because he will never stop getting angry and running out on me when we're out, or dumping me in the driveway and throwing my stuff out the car window. He is just like the ex-husband except at least the husband has a steady job and doesn't suffer from feeling inferior to everybody he runs across.

It's a 2005 Clos Du Bois Cabernet Sauvignon and cost four times what I usually pay for my cheap buzz. I'm going to savor it slowly and when it's gone, I am not going to call D. I'm always the one who calls and if I don't I'll never see him again which is what has to happen.

Cheers! :toast:
