Some of you may remember that I posted pictures of Basil (whom I would have named Barney) a few days ago. For those that don't remember:
  Well, I just got mail from the shelter. Someone wants to adopt Basil and I'm really happy. Honest. But I love the dog and I truly want to bring him home with me. We've got 4 cats, 2 dogs and one rabbit. Basil would need a lot of attention and that's fine. We have a small house but could make room if necessary. What do I do? Do I let him go to a home where I can only hope that he'll be happy or do I bring him here where I know he'll be happy? Sigh. Life sucks. |
