For the record, and as pointed out in the artice and on the thread, people can mail their ballots and can call for them so they don't have to leave their homes, and this was a unamimous vote. So not only did this one African American think this was good but every single African American Democrat on that committee did to. But again since you didn't bother to read you didn't know that.
