I would have preferred if he replaced "Congress" w/Leiberman's name when he said "Last time...voted for giving...blank check, it led to the war." There's no need to get to direct in your response. Just say you're disappointed and why you disagree. By blowing him off in this manner you don't give Leiberman any more of a spotlight than he deserves. In other words, don't give him the credit of being named more than once in your statement.
