Rod Blagoveich (?)? Sorry, didn't mean to skip Baye and Warner.

Finding the right type of candidate and seriously discussing the possibilites helps to take away the power of the Party to shove their "chosen" down our throats. As Party Memebers wanting to win, WE NEED to make the choices and WE NEED to know WHO the real possibilities are and where we should be looking.

As far as the statesman thing, and John F. Kennedy, well that was over 40+ years ago, we could only be so lucky as to have somebody like that to come around again. The last ELECTED that actually served in the office were Governors - from almost nowhere in the party. Those were our two last sucess stories. Maybe somebody that is "owned" by Washington, is too beholding to Washington??? What do you all think?
