is that it's total spin and propaganda. Its premise is that Repubs take contributions from the "porn industry" - but the contibutions are from Comcast, ATT, General Motors and Mariott. These can hardly be described as the "porn industry"

I had quite a fight here at DU last weekend trying to point this out. Posters were painting the "porn industry" as wolves in sheep's clothing - publilcally supporting dems but giving money to repubs.

The actual porn industry - The people whose primary business is the production, distribution and retail of sexually oriented entertainment as a whole are very supportive of the democratic party. The industry worked hard through the trade assocs. and magazines for Kerry's campaign.
